Introduction: DBG Services, a large facilities maintenance corporation launched their website revamp project last year. They wanted a new site that would be just as bold and professional looking to reflect their proprietary business personality.
Challenges: The website’s previous content did not fully describe the extensive range of facilities maintenance services provided by DBG, which may have left potential clients unaware of their complete capabilities. And the website design and layout was not optimised to offer a good user experience, so perhaps navigation of visiting potential clients may be an issue.
Solutions: An overhauled website including a separate section specifically outlining the overall suite of facilities management services offered by DBG. New website look which allows us to show more information in a user-friendly manner. This involves better navigation, strong CTA (call-to-action), and a responsive design that helps it serve on multiple devices
Results: An informative website, visibly more engaging to visually searching clients for facilities maintenance services resulting in a negligible poor lead flow of higher volume but undoubtedly higher quality.
