Overview: Big Splash Web Design created a custom child care website design for Kidz World Academy, an early learning program extension of Grace Community Church.
The Problem: Kidz World Academy is an early learning program extension of Grace Community Church. In 2011, with a program expansion and name change, their old website no longer served their needs. The program director came to us looking for an updated design — something more upscale and professional than their original site — and more flexibility in updating news and events.
Our Solution: The new website met the director’s request for a design that focuses on kids, but is also appealing to adults (the parents). Contact information for all locations, and the latest news updates, is prominently featured on all pages. One unique feature of this site is the News & Info page, which is a “hub” for four separate feeds from the site — News, Calendar, Newsletters and Menus — each of which is updated on a regular basis. This provides a one-stop-shop for parents to easily access updates in all categories.
