Having twice appeared on Money magazine’s Top 100 Places to Live in the United States, the City of Friendswood would like to get the word out that not only is Friendswood a great place to live, but it’s also a great place to work. The city’s Economic Development Committee is dedicated to educating business owners on the benefits of settling in Friendswood — strong tax incentives, business management consulting, and other vibrant forms of economic development assistance. They’re taking this message to brokers, developers, and business owners throughout the Houston/Galveston area, and the committee recently launched the Live Here, Work Here campaign, urging Friendswood residents who own businesses to consider the city as their business home base.
