Content
We will work with you to learn more about your business and its needs. Our first goal will be to create a site map. The site map will provide us with the navigation of the site and help you determine what content needs to be written or edited. Content is first because it is the most important step; the following steps cannot be achieved without the content. Once all the content is ready, we will move on to design.
Design
Our goal when designing a new website is to ensure it’s simple yet effective. The design will be built around your brand and your goals. Design is more than just looking great; it needs to guide users throughout the website so that they can find what they need quickly and without hassle. We will design mockups of the home page, allowing you to see what your website will look like before we build it. This gives you an opportunity to modify the look and feel. Once you’ve finalized the design and made any changes you see fit, we’ll start to build the site.
Build
We’ll build your site based on the mockup you chose. The homepage of the site will look just like the mockup. The rest of the pages will carry over the design of the front page. Once we’re finished, we’ll give you the test link of the site so you can look it over and view all the pages on the site. That will be your opportunity to make any changes you see fit. Once the whole site is approved by you, we will set a launch date.
Maintenance
After your site goes live, you’ll have 30 days after that date to make any small changes. Larger changes can be worked on under our hourly fee. We’ll also add analytics to your site, which will allow us to keep track of the visits to your site so we can suggest changes in the future if need be.
